KFC Dandenong

Project Description

For this local project in busy Dandenong, Archiclad were involved in elevating the street appeal of a new fast-food restaurant. The goal was to create a welcoming and contemporary exterior that would attract customers while standing out in a competitive landscape, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished look!

Curved Framing Feature

Project Description

For this project, the Archiclad team were tasked with transforming a standard entryway into a stunning architectural masterpiece for a Melbourne building – and the outcome speaks for itself, what an entry! With the innovative support of Cortek who manufactured the beautifully curved framing using Multipanel, we were proud to deliver on the brief. The result? A breathtaking finish that exceeded all expectations and perfectly captured the contractor’s vision.

Waverley Christian College

Project Description

Archiclad is thrilled to have been involved in the construction of several new facilities at Waverley Christian College, Narre Warren South Campus. We proudly supplied MetalWorks Open Cell by Armstrong Ceiling Solutions, alongside Optra Black ceiling tiles for a striking, modern finish and true acoustic excellence. Another standout feature of the space is the elegant sophistication that the curved wall angles bring to this contemporary school environment.

Designed to accommodate the school’s expansion, the new buildings include multipurpose meeting rooms, classrooms, breakout spaces, faculty offices, and a shared staff social area. The project has truly delivered state-of-the-art educational facilities, providing an enhanced learning environment for students. Melbourne Metro Tunnel

Project Description

Discover these exclusive behind-the-scenes photos capturing the installation of Stonewall Platinum’s state-of-the-art Terrawool Black Facing Non-Combustible Acoustic Insulation panel at the illustrious Melbourne Metro Tunnel project, supplied with pride by Archiclad.

The Terrawool panel system, intricately crafted to deliver unparalleled acoustic properties and non-combustibility, was chosen for this project by Victorian Government engineers, architects, and in collaboration with Stonewall Platinum. Their combined expertise has resulted in the most advanced solution for one of Melbourne’s largest projects. Meeting AS1530.1, AS1530.3, and AS5637.1 Group 1 regulations, Terrawool Non-Combustible Acoustic Insulation upholds top-tier quality and safety. This project is a significant milestone for Stonewall Platinum and Archiclad, highlighting our dedication to industry-leading innovation and excellence.

Footscray Hospital

Project Description

Archiclad are proud to be a part of the brand new Footscray Hospital project, built to redefine healthcare infrastructure in the region. With more than 500 inpatient beds, specialists and acute facilities as well as teaching, training and research spaces, this state-of-the-art facility will cater to the growing healthcare needs of the community. This epic infrastructure project is still under construction, due for completion in 2025.

Working alongside the Design teams from Cox Architecture & Billard Leece Partnership, as well as the Builder, Multiplex and the Contractor, Express Interiors, Archiclad proudly supplied Kingspan Insulation products and all ICCONS fixings for under soffit application – essential components that will contribute to the structural integrity and performance of the hospital.

Whitten Oval Redevelopment

Project Description

Archiclad are thrilled to have been involved in this exciting project – the redevelopment of the iconic Whitten Oval, the training facility for the Western Bulldogs. As a Design and Construct job, we worked closely with the builder and the contractor right from the early stages so we were able to deliver exceptional products that ensure both functionality and visual appeal.

One of our key contributions was providing samples and data sheets for all the products used in the project, as well as alternative products. This attention to detail was crucial in ensuring that the chosen materials not only met the project requirements but exceeded expectations.

Mornington Peninsula Shire Office

Project Description

The goal for this project was to reduce noise and eliminate echoes in this modern meeting room at the Mornington Peninsula Shire Office. Working closely with the contractor, we implemented the best practices for cutting around services and hanging rods, strategically placing them for optimal sound dampening for the ultimate acoustic solution.

Elwood College

Project Description

The stadium redevelopment at Elwood College seamlessly combines functionality and aesthetics. The goal was to improve acoustics and impact resistance within their sports stadium. As specialists in providing innovative building solutions, we were excited to take on the challenge and supply the perfect solution! We take immense pride in the success of this project and are thrilled to have been a part of Elwood College’s journey towards creating a conducive and visually stunning sporting environment for their school community to enjoy for many years to come.
